WOD: For time:
- Run 800m with an object approx. 1/3 your bodyweight (kettlebell, bumper plate, wall ball, atlas stone, loaded barbell, etc)
- 60 Burpees
- 50 Warrior Sit Ups
- 40 Push Ups
- 30 Box Jumps
