Thank you to everyone who came to the Compound today and wore the names of the Hotshots on your backs.
It did not matter who finished first, who could not do pull ups, who did not want to work for 50 minutes, it was about remembering and donating to help the families of the Firefighters.
We will maintain the donation area till Tuesday. Anyone who wants to come in a do the Hotshots 19 workout while the gym is open Monday morning can. BUT, you don't have to do the workout to donate.
