- Advanced - 40 on the minute for 10:00
- Intermediate - 20 on the minute for 10:00
- Beginner - Work on DOUBLES, no singles, for 10:00
WOD: Partner Up - choose the same size Kettlebell, then perform:
1 Min on / 1 Min off for 10:00 of:
- Russian Kettlebell Swings
* Goal is 30 reps per minute. 15 Burpee penalty post WOD for each minute short of 30 reps
* Switch off every minute, so 1 partner is always resting. Make quick KB exchanges so you don't get in the way of your partner getting the required reps.
