I hate flying.  Sitting in Chicago  waiting for my extremely late flight, trying to get a dog back home, which is quite an ordeal apparently to these people.  Slept in a crappy hotel bed, my shoulders and back are wrecked.  Can't wait to get back in the gym and train!
Strength:  Prowler Pushes-Work up to heaviest 25 yard unbroken push

WOD:  AMRAP in 10:00 of:
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Wall Balls (20/ 14# to 10')
- 15 Push Ups
