Strength: Spend 10:00 playing with Stones.  Ground to shoulder (to overhead if you can), walks held at the chest, etc.

WOD: CF Open 13.2 
AMRAP in 10:00:
- 5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/ 75#)
- 10 Deadlift (115/ 75#)
- 15 Box Jumps/ step ups (24/20”) - Games Style

* Partner up and judge their workout.  Look for good reps, and "No Rep" your partner if necessary!
