CrossFit is now getting big enough that is is receiving much good and bad press. We all hear all the naysayers telling us why we are worse off because we CrossFit, or unhealthy because we eat real meat and veggies, etc. Here's a pretty good one with responses to the common things we here from those who dislike us trying to become the fittest we can be:
