HAPPY EASTER!
*** Friday, April 25th, 5 PM: A Compound Weightlifting Competition!
(Regular class at 4 PM only that afternoon. 5 PM and 6PM are cancelled)
Our Weightlifting Club will be completing their current cycle, and setting their new weights for the next cycle. This is a perfect jumping on point to see where you are starting off at if anyone wants to join the weightlifting club! Or just come out and cheer on everyone. You can workout and attempt to PR on your own, but it's definitely more fun and encouraging when people are helping you hit those PR's!
Free for CWC members, or $15 for non members, or buy a shirt for $25!
*** Monday, April 28th, 5 AM: New Boot Camp Session begins!
This 4-week fitness program uses the principles of CrossFit without the aspect of heavy weight lifting, in a 45 minute boot camp style workout designed to build power and strength, increase stamina and cardiovascular endurance, and improve overall fitness. Session is $125, or $25 add-on for current unlimited members.
