Workout Goals: The goal of this workout is to try to complete the fastest round possible. For me, I can usually sprint the first round, best it in the second round, and tie it in the 3rd round and then it drops slightly worst for rounds four and five. Regardless of your times, shoot to be no more than 45-60 seconds off from your fastest and slowest round scores.
