Skill: Tire Flips. 3 x 1:00 minute rounds for max reps at heaviest tire you can flip. Rest 2-3 min between sets
WOD: For time:
- 30 Handstand Push Ups*
*double the number of Toes to Bar every time you break. If you come off the wall at 5 HSPU, then perform 10 T2B before returning to HSPUs. Everyone will end up doing 30 HSPU and 60 T2B (even if you do all 30 HSPU in a row!)
**Scale up to strict HSPU's, deficit HSPU's, or increase the number if needed to make it around a 10:00 workout.
