  1. Metcon: 12 rds +2 rows RX'd. And no, I didn't know what Craig got prior to working out and try to beat him by 1 rep. It just worked out that way.

  2. I only had time for a 7 minute version. Score: 8 rounds + 4 rows Rx. Pretty sure I would have gotten 12 rds + 3 rows if I had gone the full 10 minutes.
