Strength: Tire Flips. After a good warm up, working tire flips as heavy as you can go, complete:
- 3 x max reps in 1:00.  Try to increase the weight of the tire each set.

WOD:  For time:
- 400m Run
- 50 Push Ups
- 100 Sit Ups
- 50 Kettlebell Swings
- 400m run
** pushups, situps, kbs can be completed in any order
