Strength:  Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD:  "Death by Pull Ups"  
- on the first minute complete 1 pull up, on the second complete 2 pull ups, etc until you can't maintain the required pull ups for that minute.  Keep going for at least 10 rounds, if fail before that
