Not wanting to pick up that bar for Thrusters after 20 min into a 31 min workout!

Strength: Barbell Row 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: 4 rounds
- max. rep Thruster @65% todays heaviest set
- 30 Double Unders

* % is based on my current numbers.  If you cannot get at least 5-8 reps each round, drop the weight!  If you get to the 4th round and are getting 15-20 reps, you went WAY too low!
