Strength: Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
- 10 Handstand Push Ups (as strict as possible)
- 10 Power Cleans @ 50-60% bodyweight (no weigh ins!)

*Optional post-WOD work: 4 min - L-Sit.  Sit in it for as long as possible!
