WOD: EMOM for 10:00
- 3 Power Snatches @ 75-80% today's 1rm
- 10 Ring Push Ups*

*if you do not have ten UNBROKEN ring push ups, then scale as needed (floor push ups, box push ups, etc)

3 x max rep Ring Dips  (people with muscle ups, start each set with one)
