The Barbell Row, aka bent over row,  is a basic back exercise for building horizontal pulling and upper back strength.

Strength:  Barbell Row 10-10-10

WOD:  Tabata:
- Burpees
1:00 Rest
- Front Squat (135/95#)
1:00 Rest
- Row for calories

Start at any station, but complete all rounds at that station before moving on.

- 50 Back Extensions
