Who's ready for the final week of the Nutrition Challenge!
Strength:  Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:  CrossFit Games Open 12.4/13.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:
- 150 Wall balls (20# to 10' target/14# to 9' target)
- 90 Double Unders, 
- 30 Muscle Ups.

MASTERS:  Men: Wall balls @20# to 9' target Women: 10# to 9' target, 

*Optional: For time:
- 800m Sprint

    Strength/Skill:
    3-5 Reps EMOM 10:00
    -Strict Weighted Pull-ups
    -Handstand Push-ups

    Started with 5 Pull-ups using 10# then has to drop to 3 reps after 5th round

    Then Tabata Hollow Rocks

    WOD at 1630
    Score: 241 Total Reps
    Finished WBs at 9:40 Rx
