: Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5

WOD:  AMRAP for 12:00:
- 10 Knees to Elbow
- 10 Push Ups
- 5 Broad Jumps (6/4')

*Broad Jump must be performed by landing with hips above parallel in a "power" position.  So use a distance you can hit every time.....with good effort!
