Rest Day!

Remember while our workouts are an important piece of the puzzle, your nutrition plays a much larger role in your body composition goals. Don't undo all your hard work in the gym (and you guys and gals are working hard) with a horrible nutrition plan (or no plan at all!).

Both Erica and Nicole are certified in nutrition. Use them as resources if your nutrition needs an overhaul. Summer is a few months away, so get in the best shape of your life this year!
