Ring Dips!

SWOD:
3 sets of max reps of ring dips, bar dips, or bench dips. Rest 3-5 minutes in between sets.

Metcon:
Tabata Double Unders (or tuck jumps)
then
Tabata Abmat Sit Ups
then
Tabata Kb Swings (53/35)

WOD Tips:
For the SWOD, choose the dip variation you can do, and then see how many you can get. Do that 3 times. Use your full rest periods so you can recover between rounds!

For the metcon, it is 8 rounds of :20 work and :10 rest per movement. This should take exactly 12:00. Your score is the lowest number of reps completed during the :20 of work for each movement.
