Learn to snatch properly and how to bail out of a snatch or this could happen...

SWOD:
Snatch technique practice.

Metcon:
2.5k run
5:00 rest
2.5k run

WOD Tips:
For the SWOD, keep it light and work on speed and technique. Really practice shrugging yourself under the bar, and receiving it in a deep overhead squat position. Weight should not be added until this is possible.

For the metcon, run 2.5k at an all-out pace. Rest for 5:00, then run 2.5k again seeing how close you can come to your first 2.5k time. And yes, I checked the weather forecast and it should be cloudy but only a slight chance of rain! bc

    I worked up to a 220# snatch for a new 1rm PR!
    Then I did 187# for one rep on the minute for 5:00.
