Box jumps!
Challenge:
HSPU Day #31

SWOD:
Max Height Box Jump.  Compare to 10.01.10, and 8.25.10.

Metcon:
- 100 Push Ups for time.  Every time you stop to rest, you must run 400m.

If you end up with extra time, work on double unders, muscle ups, or whatever else you need to improve on.

  3. 36" box jump is PR. 22:15 on MetCon- more plank push-ups on floor (no box) than ever by far in a metcon.
