SWOD: Rope Climb practice.  Can you perform “double” or "Triple-up", which is touching floor with toe-only between the ascents?

Metcon: For time:
-Run 1 mile
-50 Kettlebell swings (heaviest possible with good form)
-40 Knees to Elbows
-30 Kettlebell swings
-20 Knees to Elbow
-10 Kettlebell swings
-Run 1 mile

  3. rope climb touch and go was difficult
    28:48 20reps w/70# kb,70reps W/53#..that was also difficult.
    Caught Murphy swinging a 53# kb!!!! after the wod...hmmm getting stronger aye Murphy :)
