 For pistols today, I know you don't want to hear me talk about it, so I brought back our guest trainer by popular demand.  Although, there doesn't seem to be much instruction in this video...

SWOD: Pistols-  2 (one each leg) on the minute for 15:00.  Toughest variation possible.

Metcon: For time:
-Power Clean 21 reps (@ 50% Bodyweight)
-Run 400 meters
-Power Clean 18 reps
-Run 400 meters
-Power Clean 15 reps
-Run 400 meters
-Power Clean 12 reps
-Run 400 meters
