  4. 10rds + 5DL @ 225# Not Rx'd, my ass was still sore from weighted lunges at Crossfit Merced. Thanks to Ryan for doin my last 2 rds of push ups with me; That correct form is a killer, its like mini decline push ups. I'll do them all that way now!!!
