For this workout, to do it Rx'ed the men's weight is the 53# KB. Unfortunately we only have one 53# KB (we have an order in for more, but they are out of stock a few weeks). I don't think I've ever done Helen with the 53# KB, I've always used the 60's+. So for today, if you want to get your name on the big board by doing it Rx'd, you can use 53# or heavier.
