-10 Wall Balls
-50’ Overhead Walking Lunge (45/25")
-50 Double Unders

  11. Did this workout Friday early am

    SWOD: 76x3 shoulder Press
    Metcon: 4 rds + 120 singles..sooo close to completing 5 rds. Double unders weren't in the cards for me today.
