SWOD: Deadlift 70%x 1, 80%x 1, 90%x max reps

Metcon: On the minute for 10:00:
- 3 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm, heaviest possible)
- Max. Box Jumps (24/ 20") for the remainder of the minute

    85% 85x5, then 95x5. Im not going anywhere with the weight until my footwork improves...and it is. Ill just keep comin' back as they say.
