LA Ryan playing around with Muscle Ups
Conditioning: As many rounds possible in 30:00:
- 800m Run
- 20 KettleBell Swings
- 20 Sit Ups
- 20 Push Ups
It does not matter the order you do the exercises in, except the running will always be first. Other than that, find an empty spot and start working.
- Beginners: 26/ 18 # on the KB Swings
- Intermediate/ Advanced: 44/ 26# and above. Scale to GHD Sit Ups if you can handle it!
