ReplyDeletemetcon; 136 reps.hspu'sx36 scaled 10# plt.w/abmat switched to 2 abmats after 20reps..pullups were all kip..push up were rx..chest to ring pu's were the death of me then the dips..all 4 of them with black band finished me off..humbling
