Strength/ Skill:  Pull Up Practice - Kipping, Butterfly, Strict, Rings, weighted.  Accumulate 20-30 good reps.

Conditioning: Complete:
- Max. Handstand Push Ups in 5 minutes
- Max. Pull Ups in 4 minutes
- Max. Push Ups in 3 minutes
- Max. Supine Ring Pull Ups in 2 minutes
- Max. Dips in 1 minute

  6. swod;30 pullups...13+10# strict/7 +5# strict/10 kip
    metcon; 136 reps.hspu'sx36 scaled 10# plt.w/abmat switched to 2 abmats after 20reps..pullups were all kip..push up were rx..chest to ring pu's were the death of me then the dips..all 4 of them with black band finished me off..humbling

    Conditioning: (all with a 25# vest) 35 hspu, 65 pull ups (butterfly), 55 push ups, 11 ring rows, 8 ring dips. total= 174
