For those participating in the Nutrition Challenge, I need your measurements and performance results emailed to me by today.  The Challenge is in full swing, so let's get those numbers in so we can focus on eating and feeling better!

Here, the support leg is in front of rather than under the runner.  You can clearly see the heel will be striking the ground first creating a braking effect every step.  That breaking effect, whether consciously or subconsciously, hinders your efficiency as a runner.



Skill:  POSE running drills  

Conditioning: For Time, with best POSE form:
- 50 Double Unders
- 400m Run
- 40 Double Unders
- 400m Run
- 30 Double Unders
- 400m Run
- 20 Double Unders
- 400m Run
- 10 Double Unders
