|Loren Cordain, author of the Paleo Diet and the Paleo Diet For Athletes, released a new book, The Paleo Answer. In a recent interview with Robb Wolf, he discusses his first book, The Paleo Diet, was never meant to be a diet book, but was marketed that way. Instead, it is designed to be a lifestyle.
