Loren Cordain, author of the Paleo Diet and the Paleo Diet For Athletes, released a new book, The Paleo Answer. In a recent interview with Robb Wolf, he discusses his first book, The Paleo Diet, was never meant to be a diet book, but was marketed that way. Instead, it is designed to be a lifestyle. For anyone who has tried paleo and has stuck with it understands this concept. It really is not a diet, once you begin to eat meats and veggies and eliminate grains and dairy, and experience success, (feeling better, better body composition, better overall health) there is no turning back. Strength: Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2 increase load each set .
Conditioning: 8 rounds for quality:
- 3 Power Cleans @ 75% of bodyweight
- 3 Broad Jumps for maximum distance
Rest 45 seconds between rounds
Focus should be on form for the Power Cleans and try to get maximum distance for each Broad Jump.
