Today's workout looks like a tough one.  But I assure you, although we mixed together  workouts "Fran" and "Helen", the power output and intensity will not be as possible as either of them.

- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Pull Ups
- 400m Run
- 15 Thrusters
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 15 Pull Ups
- 400m Run
- 9 Thrusters
- 9 Kettlebell Swings
- 9 Pull Ups
- 400m Run

    (Last Saturday workout for a while. Started contracting after that one!)
