Strength: Muscle Up. 2 reps on the minute for 7:00

Conditioning: CrossFit Games Open 11.5.  Compare to 4.22.11
As many rounds possible in 20:00 of:
- 5 Power Cleans (145/100#)
- 10 Toes to Bar
- 15 Wall Balls (20# to 10ft/14# to 9ft)

  6. Swod: mu ups , I started failing at 5 minute mark
    Met: 7rnds even, I had to no rep myself several times on the toes to bar.

  7. skill transfer work on rings, muscle up attempts (my head peaked through the rings one time)
    swod: 7 minutes of ..2close grip ring pullups to chest then 2 ring dips. so 14 of each
    conditioning: 4 rnds +5 pc +10t2b +9 wb RX !(1/2 were some ugly PC's but legal)
    Great work Erica ! and everybody else for that matter, its just that Ryan was trying to create a "shootout at wallball corral" between Erica and I....uncle, Im toast.
