Doug completed his Kettlebell Certification last weekend.  I know he learned  a lot that he will be willing to share with everyone!
Strength:  Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning: CrossFit Games Open 11.1.  Compare to 3.18.11 and 3.24.11
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- 30 Double Unders
- 15 Power Snatches (75/ 55#)

    Metcon: 3rds + 30 du + 11 snatch rx - it was totally lame using small plates instead of bumper plates :(
