Strength: Shoulder Press 5-4-3-2-1, then max reps @ 65% of 1rm for the day


Conditioning: As many reps possible in 15:00:
- Thrusters 95/65#
*Perform 5 Burpees at the start of every minute.

    Max reps at 65# = 6

    Didn't do Metcon because of injury from playing soccer last night. Hoping to be OK to do Open WOD 12.4!
