-5 one-arm Kettlebell Thrusters (each side)
-5 one-arm Kettlebell Snatches (each side)
*Use the same KB for the entire workout, and go as heavy as possible.

Found a great double under video on "Mobilitywod.com". Check out the March 31st post, some of his tips I have heard, but I have also held a misconception that the "dolphin" kick is the way to go for proper form. Anyway, for those of you who thought the way I did, check it out.
