Your body position should not change much when moving from weights to the rower.  Try to think of the deadlift  set up  when sitting on a row machine.
Skill:  Handstand Holds - Accumulate 5:00 upside down

Conditioning:  For fastest Row time:
8 x 250m Row

*Rest at least 3x as long as it took to do the sprints, ex. if the row takes 1 minutes, rest 3 minutes before your next row.

Record your fastest and slowest row.
