Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
Conditioning: 5 rounds:
- 5 Deadlifts @ 80% of todays heaviest
- 400m run
The Deadlifts are low in reps but heavy in weight, so take your time to control your breathing after your runs and use good form on each rep. Don't worry about the time element for this workout as much.
