Thursday 5.10.12

Congratulations to Laura and Aaron for the birth of their handsome son, Karson Jax  on April 28th.
In this video from yesterday Jenna is demonstrating a version of banded sprints our pregnant athletes can do.  This version requires more core stability, too, so it would benefit all of us!

Strength:  Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning: For time:
1/2 Kalsu for reps (50 reps) @ 135#/85#
- On the start of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the remainder of the minute perform max rep Thrusters...Then start over the next minute and keep going until you reach 50 Thrusters or 25min time cap.

We've tried a version of this, dropping the weight down and calling it "Kalsu Light" on 3.05.11.

Post weights and times to comments.
