Conditioning:
For time:
- 70 Squats
- 60 Burpees
- 50 Kettlebell swings (53/35#)
- 40 Wall Ball shots (20/14#)
- 30 Pull Ups
- 20 Broad Jumps (at least 6'/ 4')
- 100ft Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25#)

One time through.  When you get through one exercise, you don't have to do it again for the rest of the day!

  2. Completed this same workout on May 3 with half the reps except for lunges.
    Beat my time with 17:28 w/ 88# Russian kb swings and 25# wall ball
