ReplyDeleteWOD: 21:15. 10 pushups each round mostly from knees. Hamstring cramped on first sprint so walked each 40 yard. Tough workout but at least I finished even though VERY modified.

Metcon: forgot my time written on the board. It took me forever. ... 75 reps were done on the rings with toes on the box, the rest were close grip pushups on the ground.
