 What can this guy do to improve his form and complete the lift?

Strength: Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning: For 20 minutes of Quality, not quantity work:
-5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
-5 Ring dips
-15 Squats

    Metcon: 10 rds completed at 20:19. Did regular pull ups, used red band for dips, and 35lb bar overhead squats

    metcon; 6 rnds..c2b pullups (wahoooey !!) floated between 25%ring dips and 75%bar dips,prison wall squats

    kettlebell practice; 3 rnds..10 53# KB snatches 5/each hand..8 sumo high pulls w/ 88# kb..30 double unders with heavy RX rope. Bah da flippin' bing that felt good !!! Pumped about the c2b pullups(36) and 53# kb snatches(30) !!
