I like the look of Shawnee's determination in this picture.


Strength:  Back Squat 2-2-2-2-2.

Benchmark Week is next week, so we are doing Back Squats again this week.  We will be CrossFit Totalling (Back Squat, Shoulder Press, and Deadlift) on Monday!

Conditioning: 15-12-9-6-3 Reps of:
- Kettlebell Swings-  heaviest possible
- Handstand Push Ups

  3. Oly lifting: Clean and Jerk 75%x3 80%x3 85%x3..131/140/150..2 rounds. Yikes! The box jumps for a warmup was different..and fun.
