A few days behind, but this is the Personal Records set in June! Not bad. Hard to say that our gym isn't improving daily with scores like these. But I know there are more of you that are not listing you PR's so let's fill up this board even more in July!

- 30 Push Presses at 80% of today's 1rm
- 60 Chin Ups (palms facing you)
Partition the work any way you like as long as the total reps completed at the end are correct.
