*Do not go for max reps on your last set.
Conditioning: Three rounds for quality:
- Row 250 meters
- 15 Deadlift at 70 % of today’s highest set
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
This is not for time, but for quality. If there is too many people for rowers, that just means you get extra rest and can go for an all out sprint on the rower when you get on it.
