Mike and Doug are competing this Saturday at CrossFit Hercules' "Battle of the Sexes" in the 50's division.  If you can, please get out and watch our guys compete!  It's not that far away.  You  know I'd be there Doug and Mike, but i'll be with the family in Tahoe.  Good luck!
Strength: Deadlift 1 x 5 (add 5-10# from last week)

Conditioning: For Time
- 400m Run
- 15 Handstand Push Ups
- 400m Run
- 30 Pull Ups
- 400m Run
- 45 Push Ups
- 400m Run

  1. If anyone wants to come and checkout the competition our first wod isnt until 10:20. Looks like we will get the floater wod in early. The workouts are posted on there site...looks like fun. No turkish getups or kettlebell snatches though, booo. If you have never been to one of these things its a good chance to check it out because its close.Kinders bar-b-que will have their big truck there and several other local sponser's as well. Get your wod fix at The Compound and slide on over to Hercules Crossfit !

  8. swod:w/u 135x5,165x5,185x5,225x5..285x5 (up 10# from last week, but will only go up 5 or even 2 1/2 next week so I can progress through to the end of this, may have taken too big of jumps the last 2 weeks)
    metcon: 15:48 1 abmat & 10# plate for hspu,realed off 10 straight to start hspu's...progress. Mikey listen to your body, their is no glory in being injured and making it worse. Gotta get you ready for Tough Mudder old buddy.
