The Dixon Scottish Highland Games and Gathering will be held Sept 29, 2012, at the Dixon Fairgrounds. The Games start at 9:00 am and run until 5:00 pm.  They are looking for volunteers for 2 hour shifts.  You also get a pair of tickets in to see the Games.  I am working from 1-3 pm, but there are shifts open all the time.  If you haven't seen them, they are fun to watch.   Let me know if you want to help out!  
Strength: Shoulder Press 3x5 (add 1-5# over last week).  Max reps on last set

Conditioning:  7 rounds for time
- 7 Front Squats (95/65#)
- 7 Box Jumps (24/20")
