Deadlift time.  Not many more chances left to practice before the CrossFit Total!

Strength: Deadlift 1x 5 (add 5-10# from last week)

Conditioning:  4 rounds of:
- 10 Deadlifts @ 70% of today's weight
- 10 Handstand Push Ups

    300x2 x1x1x1...may have warmed up too much ?? any input is welcome.
    metcon; 9:38 @210 1 abmat and a 10# plate. first three sets of hspu were unbroken, 4th set was 7 then 3. time go lower for more range of motion for hspu.
